We will encourage you to explore and use your site as much as possible once it is online. We will have throughly tested your site, but we want to assure that it is to your satisfaction.

Our full commitment does not end here, however. No web site is ever "complete". For the lifetime of your project we will provide small changes and updates to your site at no extra charge. The changes may include:

• Small Text Changes or Corrections. This includes anything that does not involve a significant amount of time to implement. You may want to change an e-mail address or other contact information, a paragraph here or there, a menu title, or other data on your site.
• Replacing Textual Content on an Entire Page. This is limited to 1 page, twice per year. Content must be in an electronic form that will require a limited amount of mark-up formatting. Further or more extensive work will be billed at an hourly rate. (We will provide you with an estimate.)
• Mailing List Updates. We will administer your mail list, if you are hosting with us and using AreoMail, our custom mail-processing company, or PHPList, a free open source program provided with our hosting service. This free service is limited to twice monthly, and mailing lists under 3,000 subscribers. Text must be submitted to us in an electronic text file. Graphics and HTML text may be submitted, provided we do not have to do extensive editing.
  We will delete users, change templates and preferences, and make other small setup changes at no charge.
  Although we provide this service, we do encourage you to self-administer your e-mail lists, and familiarize yourself with the many options in PHPList.
• Form Data Changes. You may want to change, add, or delete a field in a form we have designed for your site. An exception may be a form that accesses a process on another site (such as a credit card merchant account), that may require more extensive server-side changes.
• Style Changes. In most cases, your site will be composed with a consistency in design formatting. These formats are contained in a few single files on your site. The style of titles, subtitles, font styles, highlights and other text formatting, as well as some consistent graphics may be easily changed with only a few lines of code, whether you have 3 pages or 1000.
• Consulting. We do not charge for consultation time or phone charges at any time - before, during, or after site completion.
• E-mail. If you are hosting your site with us, we will make any e-mail changes for you including adding/deleting e-mail addresses, fine-tuning your spam blocker, forwarding e-mail, etc. Optionally, you may make these changes yourself through your administrative cPanel™.

Other changes will be billed at an hourly rate.

We want you to be happy with your web site design. Beyond that, we want you to continue to be a satisfied customer, and we will do our best to assist you at any time.
