We will go over your plans and needs with you thoroughly before providing your quote.
When we provide you with a design quote, any additional services are explained in detail, along with our hourly rates and an estimation of the time that may be involved.
If the additional work involves installation of software, or communication with "off-site" software, we will contact the vendor and research the processes that may be involved before providing your quote.
Upon Web site completion, you will receive CDs containing all graphics used on your site, as well as other files developed and installed.
We may use some copyrighted server-side programs, which may not be included, or may be included if you wish to pay the license fee.
We may also use some JavaScript or server-side programs copyrighted by DataBoy.
You will have full rights to use these scripts on your site, whether or not we are hosting your site or should you choose to transfer your site to another design firm in the future.
You do not have the right to resell or otherwise distribute these scripts without written permission from DataBoy.
We protect your privacy.
Any information you may share pertaining to you, your business, or your staff is kept strictly confidential.
Finally, we will go out of our way to assure that you are satisfied with the functionality and design of your project.
